We have a customized mowing program for you; whether you desire weekly maintenance visits for the entire season, a few visits per season with our "punch-card" maintenance program, just a single visit for a special event, or a plan for your yard while you are gone on vacation--we have a program to fit your needs and budget!

All maintenance visits include:

~Prior to every mow we will make a thorough inspection of the property to collect any paper, trash, branches, or other debris.

~We strive to cut no more than 1/3 the height of the grass at a time, maintaining a grass blade height of 2-1/2" to 3".

~We will trim around all trees, beds, and structures. 

~We will use a power blower to clean some areas of the lawn, and provide a professional appearance to your site.

~We will not leave the property until it meets our Neat Lawn & Garden Service standard.

Weekly Maintenance offers you the best plan for the whole season (typically 25 visits).  We will work with you to customize a program of maintenance that will fit your needs and budget.  Season packages offer you the largest discount, and our interest free payment plan billed to you for your convenience.

Punch Card Program if you do not need an entire season of lawn maintenance, but know you will want 5, 10, or 15 visits this is the plan for you.  We will meet with you, discuss your needs, and create a program that will allow you the flexibility to give us a call at least 3 days ahead of time for a maintenance visit.  The punch card program is a paid in advance program that offers a discount over the single visit price. 

Single Visit we will give you a free estimate to take care of your yard maintenance--as much or little as you desire--with a rapid turnaround.  Perfect for when you are running out of time for a special occasion, or if you would just rather spend a day relaxing rather than mowing.

Vacation Program similar to the single visit, but usually with a little more lead time.  Vacation is a time for relaxing, why come home to a yard full of work--let us handle it while you are gone.  We can also water your landscape plants while you are gone!  Not only will you come home to a Neat Lawn, but while you are gone your yard will give the impression that you are still home!

Weeding of all beds, and planting areas may be added to any package, we will discuss this option with you during your free estimate consultation.
